Radium Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Radium Enterprise AI ("Radium," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website at radium.cloud (the "Website"), use our API services (the "Services"), or otherwise interact with us. This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Legal Notice and Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you create an account, request access, contact sales, or communicate with us, we may collect:

  • Name and business contact details (email address, phone number, job title, company name)
  • Account credentials and authentication information
  • Billing and payment information (processed by our third-party payment provider)
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback
  • Any other information you choose to provide
Information collected through the Services

When you use Radium's API services, we collect:

  • API request metadata, including timestamps, endpoint called, model selected, token counts, latency, and error codes
  • API keys and authentication credentials
  • IP addresses and request headers associated with API calls
  • Usage and billing data, including token consumption across model tiers
Information about API inputs and outputs

Radium processes the prompts and completions transmitted through our API endpoints in order to deliver inference results. Radium does not use customer prompts or completions to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models unless the customer has explicitly opted in to such use under a separate written agreement. Prompts and completions are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the API request, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations, unless a different retention period is agreed in writing.

Information collected automatically through the Website

When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate geolocation
  • Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and language settings
  • Pages visited, navigation paths, time on page, scroll depth, and interaction events
  • Referral URLs, UTM parameters, and campaign identifiers
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Legal Notice
Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including:

  • Business contact information from data providers or partners

Radium does not sell personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, cloud infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform the services we have engaged them to provide.

Legal compliance. We may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change in accordance with applicable law.

With your consent. We may share information with your consent or at your direction, including where you authorize integrations with third-party services.

Aggregated or de-identified data. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for business analytics, benchmarking, or research purposes.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention policies.

API request metadata and usage data are retained for billing, security, and operational purposes. Retention periods for specific data categories may vary and are described in applicable service agreements.

Data Security

Radium implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss. These measures include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and regular security assessments.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Data Transfers

Radium is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you access the Services from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized mechanisms.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual obligations

Marketing opt-out. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at privacy@radium.cloud. Opting out of marketing will not affect service-related communications.

Cookie controls. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through cookie preference tools on the Website. See our Legal Notice for more detail.

Canadian Privacy Law (PIPEDA)

Radium complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access your personal information held by Radium, challenge its accuracy, and withdraw consent to its collection, use, or disclosure, subject to legal and contractual limitations.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing your personal information include: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (to operate, improve, and secure our business), compliance with legal obligations, and consent (where applicable). You have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Website or by email where required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
